About the event

Bizarre Bazaar is an extensive 2-day event which combines fashion market, art performances, exclusive workshops and classy food treats.

BIZARRE BAZAAR is turning into a regular event featuring top brands of men’s and women’s clothes, shoes, accessories, jewellery, home decor, as well as perfume and beauty products where each brand will have a dedicated space to present their collections.

Music, performances and hands-on workshops as well as unique interior and decorations will set a festive atmosphere.

Delicious food will be created by in-house chefs and guest food vendors.

PARQ Ubud will be charging 25% from gross revenue (plus participation fee).

If you love fashion, delicious food, live music, creative workshops – then this event is for you. Families with kids are welcomed, we offer a kinder-garden facilities and nannies.

Potential footfall

We are expecting 500+ people per day attending the event while we are able to host more than
1500 people per day.

How to pay for participation
We will contact you and send all bank transfer details.
How big can be my collection
Depending on your choice of participation package.
How the sales will be organized

Payment at the bazaar is possible only through the central cashier organized by Parq in order to avoid misunderstandings with local government.
You will be responsible to organize your own sales person of your corner.
Your sales person issues an invoice with the specifications of the sold items, with this invoice the client pays at the central cashier.

We will provide a detailed scheme of actions for payment and accounting of sold items together with the contract, before the start of the event.

Safety of items
We are providing security services during the non working hours for the safety of your items.

For guests:
12pm – 7pm

For brands:
Check-in – December 22 – from 9 till 11 AM
Check-out – December 23 – from 4 till 5 PM

The corners will be distributed by our merchandise specialists according to the size and style of your collection in order to create a convenient flow and lucrative setup.
